Our goal with this LACE-sponsored event is to strengthen resiliency in times of collective stress by equipping individuals with practice self-regulation tools, trauma-informed education, and supportive community networks.

Many of us are carrying extra stress in the current climate of our country. Ongoing uncertainty can make everyday life feel heavier and push self-care and emotional regulation to the margins. Yet caring for ourselves is essential. It protects our capacity to cope, to connect with others, and to keep moving forward with integrity. If this resonates with you, this workshop day may be a supportive space for you!
